Well Known People Dead
Robert N. Bassett of Derby died yesterday, aged 72 years. He was taken sick last Wednesday with peritonitis. He was a manufacturer of corset steels and had a factory in Birmingham. He was an attendant of the First Congregational church in Derby. Mr. and Mrs. Bassett celebrated their golden wedding October 5 last. A widow and two daughters survive the deceased.
