The Will of Thomas Bassett

A transcription of the will of Thomas Bassett who died at Cowden,Kent in 1714. Among the bequests he left £100 to his cousin Thomas Woodgate on condition that he did not make any disturbance "over the lands at Lingfoils". The rest of that story is unknown.
