Mrs. Madeline Bassett Married To Eric Fenton
The marriage of Mrs. Madeline Cusick Bassett, daughter of Mrs. Mary Cusick of 17 Beall Circle and the late Mr. Cusick, to Eric Fenton of 18 Palmer Avenue took place Saturday morning at 9 o?clock at St. Joseph?s Church. The Rev. William Kenealy officiated at the Nuptial Mass. The bride is the widow of Ernest Bassett, who was killed in action on Okinawa on June 11, 1945.
Mrs. Harmon Cusick of Bronxville was the bride?s only attendant and Mr. Cusick was best man. Billy Bassett, eight-year-old son of the bride, was silent altar boy.
After spending two weeks at Lake George Mr. and Mrs. Fenton will return to this Village, where they will make their home. Mrs. Fenton is co-owner of the Bronxville Hairdressers.
