She was 75. Mrs. Bass was born in Pensacola, Fla., and lived in Port Sulphur for the past seven years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4833. Survivors include a son, Andrew Bass Sr.; two daughters, Patsy Falfacre and Linda Hebert; a sister, Louise Cottingham Holland; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A funeral was held Friday at Lewis Funeral Home in Milton, Fla. Burial was in Mars Hills Cemetery in Edison, Ga.
