  Notes	Journal Star, Peoria, Illinois, Friday, August 31, 1984 Opal A. Bass Mrs. Opal A. Bass, 66, of Decatur, mother of Robert Bass of Peoria, died at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Alton Memorial Hospital. Also surviving are another son, Guilford Bass Jr., of Decatur; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy A. Adams of Decatur and Mrs. Edward L. (Patsy) Scott of Bethalto; two brothers, the Rev. Bob Blaylock of Decatur and Victor of Jackson, Miss.; 16 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, the Revs. James F. LeCrone and Bob Blaylock officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be Oconee Mound Cemetery.
