Fall River ? Jean Bessette
JEAN BESSETTE, 66, of 983 Rodman St., an employee at Frito Lay, the Catholic Memorial Home and the Visiting Nurses Association of Southeastern Massachusetts, died Monday at the Rose Hawthorne Lathrop Home. She was the widow of Urbain R. "Lefty" Bessette.
Born in New York, N.Y., a daughter of the late Raymond Behagg and the late Helen (Linsky) Behagg-Letteris, she had lived in Fall River for most of her life. Mrs. Bessette was a communicant of SS. Peter & Paul Church.
She leaves a son, David R. Bessette of Fall River; a daughter, Cynthia Martyszyn of San Antonio, Texas; a sister, Barbara Ann Colon of Patterson, N.Y.; and two grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Ralph Behagg.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 S. Main St., with a funeral Mass at 9:30 at SS. Peter & Paul Church, Dover Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
