A native of Welsh, W.Va., she had lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1969, coming from Oak Harbor, Ohio. She was a saleswoman for a dress shop and a member of Ruskin Methodist Church. She was a member of the Methodist Women's Club, Oak Harbor, Ohio. She is survived by her husband, Abe N.; one son, ALlan R. of Milwaukee; her mother, Edna Rahall of Beckley, W. Va.; two brothers, George Rahall of Huntington, W.Va. and Naseeb Rahall of Charlestown, W.Va.; two sisters, Sally Tweel of Huntington, W.Va., and Lorene David of Sioux City, Iowa, and two grandchildren.
