Guy E. Bassett
Jersey Shore - Word has been received here of the death of Guy E. Bassett, 56, which occurred following a heart attack at Tampa, Florida, Monday, March 13, 1950. Mr. Bassett was a native of Jersey Shore.
Survivors are four sons, Edward D. of Jersey Shore; Theodore and William R. of DuBoistown; and Byron E. of Clovis, New Mexico; one daughter, Mrs. Merlyn Geisler, of DuBoistown; his mother, Mrs. Mary J. Bassett, of Jersey Shore, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted in St. Luke's Catholic Church this morning at 9:30 o'clock with the Reverend Andrew I. Maloney officiating. Interment will be made in the Jersey Shore Cemetery.
