Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Prevatte Funeral Home in Fairmont and burial will follow in the Floyd Cemetery. The Rev. Donald Holland will officiate, assisted by the Rev. A.P. Stephens. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Evelyn Hill Bass; two brothers, Isaac and Maston Bass of Route 2, Fairmont; four sister, Mrs. Lucy Mercer of Dillon, S.C., Mrs. Orella Britt of Route 3, Fairmont, and Helen Bass and Mrs. Temple Simmons of Route 2, Fairmont.
