Bass, Ocala; daughters, Juanita Thompson and Janice Morgan, both of Ocala, and Virginia Hardee, Orlando; sons, Wade, Kelly, and Craig Bass, all of Ocala, and Max Bass, O'Brien; sisters, Melva Holt, Crestview, Annette Horne, Anthony, Jeannette Koontz, Ocala, and Lugene Causseaux, Apopka; brothers, Tolbert Causseaux, Deland, Wilford Causseaux, Sorrento, and Don Causseaux, Sanford; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
