Mrs. F. LaBombard
LEBANON - Ms. Exelia LaBombard, 84, widow of Fred LaBombard, died Sunday afternoon at the Alice Peck Day Hospital following a long illness.
Mrs. LaBombard was born in St. Valerien, Canada, the daughter of Louis and Mary (Laroche) Bassett, on June 6, 1881. She had been a resident of Lebanon for eight years and prior to that had lived in Canaan for 10 years.
She belonged to Court of St. Teresa, Catholic Daughters of America, whose member will recite the Rosary tonight at 7:30.
She is survived by two daughters, Miss Irene LaBombard, Forest Hills, L.I., N.Y., and Mrs. Blanche Youtt, Lebanon; two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, George Bassett, Lebanon, and Clifford Bassett, Woodsville, N.H.; one sister, Mrs. Resene Belliveau, Lebanon, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Cain Funeral Home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at the Sacred Heart Church at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Mr. Calvary Cemetery.
