Anna Willa Bass
Anna Willa Bass, 79, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 1997, at her home in Blue Springs.
Mrs. Bass was born on May 26, 1918, in Valley Junction, Iowa. She graduated from Valley High School in West Des Moines, Iowa, in 1936.
She married George Bass on July 11, 1937, and was a homemaker who was active in the Grain Valley RLDS congregation.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; one daughter, Dona Gist, Independence; and one son, George Bass, Jr., Blue Springs; and two grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Grain Valley. Burial is at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
The family suggests memorials to the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints, Grain Valley.
