Annelle E. Majeran (1949 ? 2019) (Picture included)
Annelle E. (Bessette) Majeran, 69, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2019 at home. Born July 30, 1949 in Westfield, MA, daughter of the late Albert and Loretta (Bousquet) Bessette. She was raised in Granby and has lived in Chicopee for 22 years. Annelle loved summers in Vermont as a kid and she enjoyed her job as a flight attendant living in New York for a couple of years after she graduated high school. She loved to read mystery novels and one of her favorite authors was Stephen King. In her leisure, she enjoyed, coloring, drawing, crocheting and cooking. She also loved spending time with her cats and in her younger years she loved to dance. She will be deeply missed by husband, Gerard Majeran of Chicopee, three children, Devra (Buxton) Reed of Erie, PA, Samuel Majeran of FL and Josh Majeran of MA. She also leaves three sisters, Donna Zimmer, Robin Merritt and Lori Howe, four grandchildren Gavyn and Riley Reed, Julianna and Skylar Majeran along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Calling hours will be Saturday, March 9, from 2:00-4:00 p.m., followed by a service at 4:00 p.m at the Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
