Bass-Kinsey
Miss Annie Rachel Kinsey and Mr. D. Edward Bass were married yesterday at 6:30 p.m. in Epworth Church. Miss Stella Kattherine Bass acted as maid of honor, and the bride’s brother, Mr. Isaiah A. Kinsey, was best man.
The ring-bearer was Miss Janet Tyree Wyatt. The music was directed by Miss Annie Whitmore, of Durham, North Carolina, and ushers were Mr. George S. Briggs, Mr. G. Beverly Williams, Jr. P. Paul Woodfin, and Mr. R. Truehardt Bass.

Mrs. D. Edward Bass
Mrs. Annie Kinsey Bass of 2508 Floyd Avenue, wife of D. Edward Bass, died Wednesday. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She is also survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jesse C. Green of Powhatan and Mrs. William R. Allen of Baltimore; a son, D. Edward Bass Jr. of Vienna and a brother, I.A. Kinsey of Richmond. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Frank A. Bliley Funeral Home with burial in Riverview Cemetery.
