Bassett, died Saturday in a local hospital. Funeral will be at 4 p.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church of Fairfax. Burial will be in Fairfax Cemetery, directed by Smith Memorial Funeral Home of Allendale. Mrs. Bassett was born in Allendale County, a daughter of the late Jacob J. and Nancy Mixon Brown. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Surviving are: two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Edgar of Fairfax, Mrs. Polly Garrett of Versailles, Ky.; two sons, Herbert C. Bassett of Fairfax, William N.
