She was born in Brooklet, GA and was a retired seamstress for Thomson Company. Graveside Services will be 11:00 a. m. Thursday, at the Antioch Christian Cemetery with Rev. Jamie Archer officiating. Survivors include her daughter, Geraldine (Billy) Alligood; a son, Kenneth (Dean) Bassett of Millen; and 5 great grandchildren.
