Visitation will be held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy on Friday, June 23, 2006 from 1:00 PM unitl 1:45 PM. The funeral service will be held at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy on Friday, June 23, 2006 at 2:00 PM with Dr. Ed Walter officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Troy. She is survived by, nephew, Mark (Jean) Anderson of Montgomery, niece, Linda A. (Boyd) Campbell of Montgomery, cousin, Helen Till of Montgomery, and a host of great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ewell C. Bassett and a son, Claiborne A. Bassett.
