Franklin Thomas Bass
Franklin Thomas Bass, 71, of Covington, died at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North. He retired after more than 45 years as a truck driver for Ready Mix Concrete Co., Covington, and Hilltop Concrete Co., Cincinnati. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby June Berry Bass; daughters, Janet Robinson of Winchester and Jeanette Schwierjohann of Bellevue; stepdaughters, Ruby Hacker of Newport, Barbara Said of Covington and Janet Said of Paris, Ky.; a brother, Norbert Bass of Ft. Wayne; sisters, Bernie Stith of Southgate, Louise Bass and Mary Ellen Seligman, both of Erlanger, Alma Sigmore of Waterbury, Conn., and Ida Mae Brown of Elsmere; six grandchildren, two great- grandchildren and six stepgrandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Allison and Rose Funeral Home, Covington. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
