Mrs. Effie Bassett
Apple River - Mrs. Effie Bassett, 78, died Sunday in Freeport Manor Nursing Home.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Fred McFadden, Apple River; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Jeffe White, Platteville, Wis., and a sister, Mrs. Harry Beall, Apple River.
Private services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Bartell Funeral Home, Warren. Burial will be in Highland West Ella Cemetery, Apple River. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today in the funeral home.
