Kathleen Margaret (Kelly) Bass

Kathleen Margaret Bass, nee Kelly, of Steelville, Missouri passed away at the age of 74 years on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 surrounded by her three daughters. She was born March 4, 1941 in Brockton, MA to Albert L. Kelly and Margaret E. LaMontagne Kelly. On December 29, 1981, she was united in marriage to Phillip Bass.
Kathleen was a dedicated registered nurse and spent over forty years in that profession. She retired from Phelps County Regional Medical Center in 2009. She enjoyed reading and caring for stray animals.
She is survived by her three daughters, Michelle Quinlivan of St. Louis, MO, Denise Breeden of Farmington, NM and Kelly Laughlin of St. Peters, MO; two brothers, Jack Kelly of MA and Jerrold Kelly of N.H.; one sister, Sheila Kelly White of MA; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews; and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Phil Bass.
There will be no service at this time. A private inurnment will be held in Massachusetts at a later date.
