  Notes	The Atlanta Constitution, Georgia, Wednesday, 16 December 1936 Theophilus Bass WEST POINT, Ga. ? Dec. 15.-Theophilus Bass, 62, outstanding farmer of Lee county, Alabama, died suddenly at his home near Beulah last night. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon from the Beulah Baptist church, interment to follow in the local cemetery with Masonic rites. Rev. W.T. Cofield and Rev. M.I. McLeod will assist in the services. He is survived by his wife and seven sons and daughters, Frank Bass, Lanett, Ala.; Wade Bass, Cumberland, Ky.; Mrs. Clary Tillery, Opelika; Mrs. Byron Griffin, Langdale; Mrs. Aubrey Chadwick, Fairfax; Mrs. Burphy McGinty, Fairfax, and Mrs. W.T. Cofield, LaGrange, Ga.; and brother, M.T. Bass, Beulah, a sister, Mrs. Cora Alford, Opelika.
