Mrs. Weatherly, a Norfolk County native, was the widow of Hugh P. Weatherly Sr. She was a member of Alexander Baptist Church in Portsmouth. Survivors include six daughters, Vivian W. Horne, Geraldine K. Agnor and Jean C. Weatherly, all of Portsmouth, Audrey W. Hayden and June K. Kay, both of Chesapeake, and Temple W. Peart of Newport, N.C.; three sons, William W. Kain and Hugh P. Weatherly Jr., both of Portsmouth, and Edward E. Weatherly of Chesapeake; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Sturtevant Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Alan G. Moor. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Family members will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m. and also at 932 Elmhurst Lane in Portsmouth.
