Bass
Anne H. (Nancy) Bass, widow of Claude A. Bass Sr., passed away Wednesday, May 19, 1999. She is survived by a son, Claude A. (Buddy) and his wife, Donnie C. Bass; a daughter, Nancy B. Hewitt; four grandchildren, Jennipher Simnms, Delphia Hewitt, Amanda Bass, and Barbara Orf; two great-grandchildren, Christopher and Nicholas Orf. Nancy was a member of Northminster Baptist Church and the Ruth Dorcas Bible Class. Friends may call at the Laburnum Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 2110 E. Laburnum Ave. on Thursday evening rom 6 to 8 p.m., and where services will be held 2 p.m. Friday. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Childhood Language Center.
