Barbara Swindle Bass
Obituary - She was born June 24, 1936 in Orem, Utah, daughter of Vincent and Karma Partidge Swindle. She married Van Miller Bass Dec. 23, 1959 in Farmington, Utah; marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple June 5, 1974. She worked as a teller at the Davis County Bank. She was a member of the Farmington 14th LDS Ward, serving in the Relief Society presidency, and did genealogy work with the Name Extraction Program. She was a talented artist. Her greatest joy in life was her family and especially her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband; two sons, Scott M. and wife Krista; Brett V. and wife Sherie; her mother, Karma Swindle, and five grandchildren, all of Farmington.
Funeral services will be Monday, April 13, 1992, 11 a.m., at the Farmington 14th Ward Chapel, 347 So. 200 West, with Bishop Arthur Forbush officiating. Friends may call Sunday, 6-8 p.m., at Lindquist Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main, and Monday at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Interment, Farmington City Cemetery.
