Carol Ann Knowles

Carol Ann Knowles (Bassett) was 74 years young when she passed on December 14, 2021. She was born on September 3, 1947 in Brainerd, Minnesota to the late Harland H. and Ester A. Bassett (Paso).
Carol loved her children fiercely. She loved playing music, especially tambouring in Church. She loved to crochet hats and scarves every fall just to make sure her children, grandchildren and great-grand children stayed warm for the winters. Carol would give the shirt off her back to make sure that whomever she came across had what they needed. She was always making sure her children were okay; even if it meant calling them a thousand times just to do so. Carol also loved to shop whether it be at garage sales or a shopping centers.
Carol was preceded in death her husband, Charles R. Knowles on November 21, 2021. Carol married the love of her life, Charles R. Knowles on August 25, 1967 and on December 14, 2021 is walking hand and hand together rejoicing once again through Heaven's Gates.
Carol is survived by her brother, James Bassett; children: Candy (Joseph) Broniak, Angela (James) Handy, Laura (Randy) Williams, Tammy (Rodney) Karas, Charles (Kimberly) Knowles II; 20 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
At this time, private family services will be held and a Celebration of Life service will take place in the summer of 2022.
