She was born on Aug. 26, 1937, to the late Charles Chester and Marion Shaw Bassett. Marion is survived by her cousin, Ann Shaw Miller and sons, Whit Miller and wife Joy of Raliegh and Bernie Miller of Hendersonville. She was predeceased by aunts, Rosalie and Katherine Shaw and an uncle, J. Bernard Shaw. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Reidsville Baptist Church, 116 S.
