  Notes	June 27, 1992 William Bassett William Bassett, 64, of Nuremberg, died Saturday morning at Hazelton-St. Joseph Medical Center after suffering a two week illness. He was born in Shelton, Conn., son of the late George and Ann Bassett, and spent the past year in Nuremberg after moving from Sugarloaf. He was a retired carpenter and served in the Coast Guard during World War II. Surviving are his wife, the former Leona Harker; children, Tommy and Tracy Bassett, both at home; brothers, Edward, Connecticut, and Ralph, North Carolina; and a sister, Esther Urishin, Freeland. Private funeral services will be held at the family?s convenience. Arrangements are being handled by the Mark S. Harmen Funeral Home, Conyngham-Rock Glen Road.
