Loren Bassett
HAMILTON, Mo. - Loren Bassett, 92, Hamilton, passed November 6, 2014.
Loren was born on March 25, 1922.
Loren married Betty Hubbard on May 8, 1947. She preceded him in death in 2013.
Survivors: sons, Richard Bassett, Hamilton; and Robert Bassett, Dawn, Mo.; eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Cremation -- a joint memorial service for Loren and Betty will be held at a later date.

Loren Bassett, 92, Hamilton, Mo., passed away on November 6, 2014, at Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home, Hamilton.
Loren was born on March 25, 1922, in Mirabile, Mo., to Bernard and Ida M. Innis Bassett. He served our country in the Navy during WWII. He had been a self-employed farmer. Loren was a member of the Hamilton American Legion Post #285.
Loren married Betty Hubbard on May 8, 1947, in Troy, Kansas. She preceded him in death in 2013. He was also preceded by his parents and two daughters-Florence Daniel and Barbara Staton.
Survivors: Sons-Richard Bassett, Hamilton; and Robert Bassett, Dawn, Mo.; 8 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
The body has been cremated. A joint memorial service for Loren and Betty will be held at a later date. Arrangements: Bram Funeral Home, Hamilton.
