In the 1900 U S Census of Jackson, Maries, Missouri her name is listed as Cansada A Bassett. Her name is also transcribed as Causale in a note from this census. In the 1910 U S Census of Otto, Santa Fe, New Mexico, her name is listed as Ada Bassett. In the family history she is referred to as Ada. Ada Bassett married Bill Williams, of the Williams Ranch family, and lived on their farm at the east end of Church Street.
