Tracy Lanier Bass, 62, of Youngstown, passed away suddenly Thursday, August 22, 2024.
She was born in Panama City April 17, 1962 to Ima Jean and Harold Lanier Tew, Sr. Tracy had an AA degree from Gulf Coast Community College. She loved spending time on her back porch with her loved ones, camping, fishing and cruising.
Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Harold Lanier Tew, Sr. and her brother, Harold Lanier Tew, Jr.
Survivors include her life partner of 22 years, Jimmy Brannon; her daughter, Dani Bass (Austin Despard); sons Shaun Bass (Christy Bass), Kenny Brannon and Billy Brannon; her granddaughter, Evelyn Bass; Mother, Ima Jean Tew; sisters, Linda Hogan (Glenn Hogan) and Lanie Wise (Paul King); nephew, Scott Hogan; nieces, Riane Wise (Quinton Moore), Stacey Arnold (Aaron Arnold), Stephanie Thompson (Sonny Thompson), and many beloved great nieces, nephews and unofficially adopted children.
A celebration of Tracys life will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Friday, September 6, 2024, at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Hankins officiating.
