Marsha Bassett, 75 from Goddard, Ks passed away at home with family around her on Saturday, May 16, 2020.
She was born in Wichita, Ks. To Earl and Helen Robinson along with her siblings Dennis Robinson and Margo (Robinson) McMillin. She married Allan Bassett in 1961 they have been married 58 years. She is survived by husband Allan Bassett, daughter Rebecca (Bassett) Gifford, spouse Randall of Wichita, son Craig Bassett spouse Marla of Cassoday.
They lived in Wichita for over 25 years before moving to Goddard where she worked for the Goddard bus barn as a para on the bus. She loved her job as a para for the special needs children and getting to see and help with the children every day.
Marsha has 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Lots of (great and great great) nieces and (great and great great) nephews She loved her family and all of the family get togethers.
Proceeded in death by both of her parents Earl and Helen Robinson.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to Harry Hines Hospice or Woodland United Methodist Church
A celebration of life service to be held at a later date hopefully in July. We will do our best to let everyone know.
