She was a member of First Baptist Church, Suffolk, and Order of the Eastern Star Ocean View Chapter (NU)34. Survivors include her husband, Troy C. Bass; two daughters, Linda B. Nickles and Martha B. Morgan, and a son, Charles M. Bass, all of Norfolk; a sister, Shirley L. Fowler of Suffolk; three brothers, Raymond Little and Jerry Little, both of Suffolk, and Robert Little of Portsmouth; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Terry C. Bass. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to one's favorite charity, in her name.
