Anna Bell Bass
Anna Bell Bass, 89, of 108 High St., New Paris since 1963, and formerly of Stingley Rd., Greenville, died at 1 a.m. today at her New Paris residence.
She was born on may 15, 1900 in Vevay, Ind., the daughter of Charles and Francis Bass Cousins.
Bass was a housewife and a member of the Wesleyan Church of Long, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Bass is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Richard (Joann) Burden and Mrs. Richard (Shirley) Epps of Greenville, and Mrs. Charles (Hester) Andy of New Paris; one step-daughter, Neva McCown of Richmond, Ind.; seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with the Rev. Harold Fourman officiating. Burial will follow at the Bass Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
