WILL OF JOHN N. BASSETT
I John N. Bassett being of sound mind make this my last will and testament. In the first place after my funeral expenses are paid I wish my heirs to divide all the personal propery Equally between themselves. My real estate I want sold either at auction to the highest bidder or at a private sale as my executor may believe to be the most profitable to the heirs. If an auction to be sold on the premises by giving public notice of sale by posting notices in at least public places in the County 30 days before the day of the sale and the proceeds given to my son Geo W. Bassett and my two Grand Sons William E. Bassett & Isaac H. Bassett (infant sons of Isaac H. Bassett) George W. to have one half and the two grandsons one half. The money belonging to William E. Bassett and Isaac H. Bassett to be loaned and the interest, loaned until they become 21 years of age at which time they are to have the money with the interest that accrues. I appoint James M. Bassett to be Executor of this will this February 25th, 1889.
