ORLAND ? Helen M. Sanders, 85, of Orland and formerly of Angola, died Thursday, July 16, 2015, at Parkview LaGrange Hospital in LaGrange.
Mrs. Sanders worked for Moore Business Forms in Angola for over 20 years, retiring in 1992.
She was a member of the American Legion Post 423 Ladies Auxiliary of Orland.
She was born Feb. 20, 1930, in Auburn to Charles and Cora (Bassett) Derrow.
She married Oscar E. Sanders on Aug. 31, 1946, in Auburn, and he died Nov. 13, 2008.
Surviving are three sons, Ken (Gail) Sanders of Hudson, Richard (Debra) Sanders of Fort Wayne, and Michael Sanders of Kentucky; two daughters, Judy (Dale) Warstler of Pleasant Lake, and Linda (David) Willms of Orland; two brothers, Robert Derrow of Fort Wayne, and Charles (Becky) Derrow of Auburn; 12 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 17 step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; eight brothers, Earl, Willdie, Howard, Guy, Glen, Chester, Walter, and Arthur Sanders; and two sisters, Marie Pruess and Gladys Wittig.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo, with the Rev. Rodger Strong officiating. Burial will take place in Greenlawn Cemetery in Orland.
Calling will be from 2?6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
