Bass
BASS ? Monday evening, Nov. 17, 1958 at a local infirmary. Mrs. Katherine Cooper Bass, widow of the late W.F. Bass. Survived by sisters, Mrs. W.E. Stewart, Nashville, Mrs. E.W. Bauer of Conway, Ark.; niece, Mrs. Charles K. Wooden of Los Angeles, Calif.; and nine nephews. The remains are at the parlors of Roesch-Patton company, 1715 Broad St., where services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 o?clock, conducted by the Rev. John C. Hight, Pallbearers will be Linus Freeman, Frank Johns, Bobby Tidwell, C.J. Overton, Frank Faust, Jimmy Faust and Archie B. Cooper. Interment Spring Hill Cemetery Roesch-Patton Co. Directors.

Miss Kittle Cooper Crum and Mr. W.F. Bass Wed
Mrs. R.E. Cooper announces the marriage of her daughter, Mrs. Kittle Cooper Crum, and Mr. William F. Bass, which was quietly solemnized Wednesday evening, Nov. 1, at the new home of Mr. and Mrs. Bass, 1620 Sixteenth avenue, south. Rev. George E. Stewart officiated, using the ring service.
The bride was charming in a gown of black and gold brocaded silk with an overdress of shadow lace, and finished with jet trimmings. Her corsage bouquet was of bride roses, lilies of the valley and ferns.
Following the reception a wedding supper was served. Lovely autumn flowers and ferns decorated the reception rooms of the home.
Mr. and Mrs. Bass have a number of friends who will be interested in their marriage. Mr. Bass is prominently connected in the transfer business in Nashville. They are at home to their friends at 1620 Sixteenth avenue, south.

Mrs. Katherine Bass
Mrs. Katherine Reece Cooper Bass, of 1903 Hillside Drive, died at 4:20 p.m. Monday at Baptist Hospital following an extended illness.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is at Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
A native of Alexandria, Tenn., Mrs. Bass was a daughter of the late James W. and Rebecca King Cooper. She was educated in the schools of Alexandria and was a graduate of the Masonic Normal Academy there.
She was married to William F. Bass of Mt. Juliet, who died in about 1926.
Mrs. Bass had lived in Conway, Ark., for several years. She was a member of the South End Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Pattie E. Stewart, Nashville and Mrs. E.W. Bauer, Conway, Ark.; a niece, Mrs. Charles K. Wooden, Los Angeles, Calif.; and nine nephews.
