Hiram Bass, born in 1958 in Elgin, Illinois, passed away surrounded by loved ones on December 3, 2024.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Hiram lived a life full of love, laughter, and memorable adventures. Hiram cherished the simple joys in life, especially motorcycle rides with his wife, Jeana. Whether cruising the open road or relaxing at home, he found happiness in the presence of his family and their pets.
Hiram was a proud stepfather to Gabby and Dacen, and a loving father to his children, Reagan Pinion (Gabe) of Scottsboro, AL, and Adam Bass, also of Scottsboro. He was a proud grandfather to his three grandchildren: Presley, Jake, and Summer, who brought joy to his life. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother.
Hiram will be remembered for his kind spirit, his love of family, and the many ways he enriched the lives of those around him.
A celebration of Hiram?s life will be held on Saturday, December 7th, at Berryhill Funeral Home. The family will be receiving guests from 3-4:00 P.M. and the service will begin at 4:00 P.M. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
