BASSETT, Olga (nee Yaworsky) - suddenly at her home on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Reginald Bassett (2011). Loving mother of the late Gord Bassett (2021), his wife Brenda of Tillsonburg and Joanne Jamieson (Gordon) of Hamilton. Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Christine Bassett, Gordon Bassett (Sara Dorish) and Melissa Ricker, her son William. Olga will be lovingly remembered by her sister Eugenia Lamb (Pat) of Burlington. Predeceased by her sister Pauline Ghesquiere and by brothers Eugene & Allan Yaworsky. Friends are invited to share their memories of Olga with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Friday, May 30th, 2025 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Majors Cathy & Ken Ritson officiating.
