Martin McClurgh Bassett Marty passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, after a short illness at Christchurch Hospital. Dearly loved father of Alan and Penny. Devoted Grandfather of Tane. Cherished friend of Gill. Marty was very much loved by all of his family, extended family and friends. A private cremation has been held but the family invite you to join them at Cave Rock Sumner on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 8.30am, to walk Marty's walk to Scarborough, or meet us at Scarborough at 9.00am.
