February 3rd, 2025 John Bass SR was born on March 2nd, 1954 in Pasadena Texas and left us on February 3rd, 2025 in Bay City, Texas. He was the long standing appliance repair man in Bay City for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife (Carmen), five children: Laurie, John JR (Stevie), Tracy (Jessi), Stacy, and Kevin; his nine grandchildren: Felicity, Arianna, John III, Jazzalyn, Kenneth, Michael, Jessisai, Jade, and Emersyn; and his best friend and younger brother Petilla. John lived a simple life and was always ready with a good story. And if you were lucky, it was a Big Foot story. He was a huge animal lover and preferred them over most people. John was an avid baker and his family loved his cinnamon rolls. Although he is no long here with us physically, his legacy lives on in all of us who were fortunate to have met him and loved him.
