Edward Bassett
Edward Bassett, 61, died yesterday afternoon at his home, 19 Gold street. Born at Mittineague, he had lived in this city virtually all his life. He was an estimator for the Angers Lumber company and a member of St. Thomas Aquinas church, St. Jean de Baptiste society and Ligue des Patriots. Mr. Bassett?s wife, Mary, died last March. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Bischoff, and three sisters, Mrs. Ida Moineau, Mrs. Albina Walker and Mrs. Irene Denis, all of this city, and several nephews and nieces. The funeral will be held at the home Monday morning, followed by requiem high mass at St. Thomas Aquinas church. Burial will be n St. Michael?s cemetery.
