  Notes	Plattsburgh Press-Republican, Monday, 13 May 1957 Roy Bessette Roy Bessette of 25 Lorraine St. died Saturday at the Champlain Valley Hospital after a long illness. He was 58. Mr. Bessette was lifelong resident of Plattsburgh. He was born June 10, 1898, a son of Barnard and Emma (Senecal) Bessette. He was a communicant of St. Peter’s Church and was a member of Plattsburgh Lodge of Elks. He is survived by his wife; one brother, William; one sister, Mrs. James P. Bailey of Watkins Glen, and several nieces and nephews. The body is at Brown’s funeral parlor where visiting hours are from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30. Funeral services will be held at St. Peter’s Church Tuesday morning at 7. Burial will be in St. Peter’s cemetery.
