Donald Jackson Bass, 73, of 204 Bradshaw St., passed away Friday, January 14, 2021 peacefully at his home.
Donald, born September 28, 1948 in Sampson County, was the son of the late Robert Earl Bass and Helen Tew Bass. He worked with Kivett?s Furniture.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Debra B. Potter and nephew Robbie Bass.
Survivors include; son, Donald Jackson Bass II from Clinton; daughters, Amanda Bass Stewart and husband Brad of Clinton and Paige Bass Gregg and husband Jonathan of Benson; grandchildren, Ashley Stewart, Austin Stewart, Vadon Bass, Rivor Bass, Jaxon Gregg, Addy Stewart, Dylan Gregg, Olivia Gregg and Auden Stewart; sister, Brenda Boone and husband Billy; brother, Tommy Bass and wife Cindy; special daughter-in-law, Sharon Owens; special nieces and nephews, Cory Bass, Jessica Parrish and Brittany Hayes.
Friends and family are invited to come celebrate Donald?s life to reminisce and fellowship with a meal at Harmony Baptist Church on Wednesday, January 19th from 1 PM ? 3 PM followed with a Celebration of his Life at 3 PM with Rev. Michael Hall and Rev. Bobby Herring officiating. The family will receive friends at his home from 5 PM ? 8 PM, Tuesday, January 18th.
