  Notes	News and Observer, Raleigh, North Carolina, Saturday, September 3, 1955 Mrs. Eula M. Bass NEWTON GROVE ? Mrs. Eula M. Bass, 75, of route 2 Newton Grove died Thursday night. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Shady Gorve Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Bass family Cemetery. The Rev. L.R. Ennis ad the Rev. S.E. Landers will officiate. The body will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service. She is survived by five sons Harvey and Felton Bass of Dunn; Aaron Bass, of route 1, Dunn, Oscar Bass of route 1, Dunn, Odeman Bass of route 2, Newton Grove; two daughters Mrs. Ed. Baggett of Philadelphia and Mrs. Oscar Tew of route 1 Dunn; one sister, Mrs. Sara Carroll of route 1, Dunn; 33 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
