He is survived by his wife, Lona Bass, children: Pam Bass, Gary Bass, Monica Bass, Keith Bass (wife Becky), Wendy Pittman (husband Bill), 10 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. James was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kerri Yocom, his parents Charles and Louise Bass, and his siblings R.C., Joe, Sadie, and Lilly. May James Ollie Bass rest in peace, his service to his country and community never forgotten.
