  Notes	The Palm Beach Post June 22, 2003 Reverend Richard Bass The Reverend Richard Boynton Bass, 72, of Pine Hill Road, Boone, North Carolina, died Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at his residence. He was born April 6, 1931 in Fort Pierce, Florida, son of the late Tollie H. and Mary Boynton Bass. Father Bass was a retired Anglican priest. He served several churches throughout Florida during a ministry that spanned 34 years. In Palm Beach County, Father Bass served as Curate at St. Joseph's Episcopal Church in Boynton Beach and then as Rector of St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church in Delray Beach for eight years until his retirement in 1993. Survivors include two brothers: James W. Bass of Blairsville, Georgia, and Dave B. Bass of Evermath, Texas. A Requiem Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2003 at 12 o'clock noon at St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, Delray Beach. Officiating will be the Most Reverend Walter H. Grundorf, Presiding Bishop of the Anglican Province of America. Interment will be at the White City Cemetery in Fort Pierce, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Building Fund of St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, 101 Homewood Boulevard, Delray Beach, Florida 33445.
