Brenda was born Aug, 15, 1955 in Athens, to Ernest Oran and Ava Nell Stephens Bass. She worked as a waitress, and enjoyed sewing and crafts, and loved her grandbabies. She was Pentecostal by faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Melvin Bass. Brenda is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Holly Beth and Justin Reid of Teague; sisters, Pat McCarley and husband Dwain of Chandler, Linda House and husband C.R. of Frankston, Ernestine "Tina" Bass Hardin of Terrell; one brother, Ennis Bass of Stephenville; grandchildren Ethan Adams and Leah Beth Reid; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Justin Reid, Dwain McCarley, Ethan Adams, Ennis Bass, Bubba House and Kelly Bass.
