Rhea L. Bouffard
EASTHAMPTON – Rhea L. (Bessette) Bouffard, 91, of 7 Allen St., died Thursday in Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Northampton. Born in Holyoke, she lived in Waterbuy, Conn., attended its schools, lived in East Hartford, Conn., 30 years, then Easthampton 25 years. She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church. Her husband, Edmund J. Boufard, died in 1951. She leaves a son, Edmund J. Jr. of Peoria, Ill., daughter, Rita Bartlett; with whom she lived; six sisters, Grace Burch of New Milford, Conn., Rose Dalhouse, Ernestine Horan and Loretta Bessette, all of Waterbury, Viola Casey of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Bertha Johnson of Albuquerque, N.M.; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. The funeral will be Monday at O’Brien Funeral Home and in Immaculate Conception Church with burial in St. James Cemetery.
