Mr. Bass was a past member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Coalfield.He was preceded in death by his mother, Tilda Jones Bass. Survivors include his father, William H. Bass of Oliver Springs, wife, Carrie Bass of Oliver Springs, two children, Robbie Ollis and husband Mark, and Becky Wagers and husband, Scott all of Oliver Springs, two grandchildren, Matthew Ollis and Mariah Ollis, half-brothers, Harvey, Jerry, David and Jeff Bass, all of Oliver Springs, half-sisters, Clara Ruth Richer, Trula Haney and Amy Braden, all of Oliver Springs,and a special aunt and uncle, Mildred and Ed Honeycutt of Oak Ridge. Funeral service was Monday in Sharp Funeral Home Chapel, Oliver Springs, with the Rev. Steve McDonald officiating. Graveside service was Tuesday in Bulter Cemetery, Oliver Springs.
