Graveside service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. Burial will follow. Doug was the son of the late Martin C. and Lillian Bass. He is survived by his wife, Paula; two children, Karen (Daniel) Stauber of Miami Beach, Fla., and Kimberly Black of Raleigh, N.C.; four grandchildren and a sister, Margaret Bass Shelton of Huntington.
